Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy, in which the group context and group process is utilized as a mechanism for changing personality traits and helping to overcome specific problems and stresses by developing, exploring and examining interpersonal relationships within the group. Group therapy includes support groups, skills training groups (such as anger management, mindfulness, and social – skills training).
